The Suspension Training System was designed from input given by elite military operatives. Their demanding regime meant they needed a light weight go anywhere system to provide them with the ability to maintain and increase their strength on the go.

Standard sessions last for one hour. Lunch sessions last for 45 minutes. You will notice results within the first 2 weeks!
