Michelle Williams

I have worked with Laura Church for the last 2 ½ years. As well as working for Laura and taking my qualifications, I am a wife and mother of 3 girls. I have had Diabetes Type 1 for over 30 years and therefore eating correctly and exercising is an absolute necessity for me. My diabetes fits into my life and not the other way round.

Of course healthy eating and exercise do not just apply to me but the whole of my family too. My husband and youngest daughter both have a dairy allergy and everything is cooked from scratch, so taking into consideration all ailments!

My job is so very important to me, as I know that I can be of help to anyone who comes to see us. Whatever their age, sex, fitness ability, goals in life, whether short term or long term, if I am able to help somebody turn their dreams into reality then I too am achieving my goals.

I am currently studying my Level 3 qualification in advanced Personal Training and Management.
